Attorney Jason Wunsch

Jason Wunsch founded the Wunsch Law Firm in 2001. Attorney Wunsch practices in both District and Superior Court with Criminal and Civil Cases where he has handled high profile criminal cases that have been featured in the local and national news media. He has been a featured speaker on the CW 22’s television show “Legal Minds” and appeared alongside a client on Dr. Phil.
Attorney Wunsch graduated from Campbell Law School in 1999. He has served as a per diem Assistant District Attorney in the Eleventh Judicial District and as President of the Harnett County Bar Association from 2008-2009. Attorney Wunsch is a National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Defense Trial Lawyer in North Carolina.
Wunsch is active in the community and serves as Fuquay-Varina Town Commissioner since 2013. He manages the Facebook page Today in the Quay, which is dedicated to sharing positive news about the local community. He’s previously served on the Board of the Harnett Regional Theatre, is the former President of the Lillington Rotary Club, and volunteers as a student mentor and Judge for Harnett County’s Teen Court.
Attorney Chad Wunsch

Attorney Wunsch graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in May of 2003. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he graduated with Honors in May 2006. As of August 2006, Attorney Wunsch was accepted into the North Carolina State Bar.

Attorney Frank Collins

Frank is a former Assistant District Attorney for the 12th North Carolina Prosecutorial District. He holds a Bachelor’s and Juris Doctorate Degree from Campbell University. He is a 15-year veteran of the U.S. Army, serving combat tours as a paratrooper with 2D Battalion 505 Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82D Airborne Division.
Frank is a former All State Commander with the Veterans of Foreign Wars and actively supports veteran causes in the community.
Attorney Freddie Cruz

Freddie Cruz joined the Wunsch Law Firm in November 2020. His practice focuses on Civil, Criminal, and Veterans Law. He represents clients in Harnett, Lee, and Wake County.
Prior to joining the Wunsch Law Firm, Freddie interned at the District Attorney’s Office for the 12th North Carolina Prosecutorial District, focusing mostly in Veteran’s Treatment Court.
He holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law. He is a veteran of the United States Army, where he was a forward observer and served multiple combat tours with the 82nd Airborne Division.
Freddie is also a member of Kappa Lambda Chi Military Fraternity Inc. and actively supports veteran causes. He is looking forward to actively serving the community and fighting for you.
Jessica Clark

Mrs. Clark was an intern for the Harnett County District Attorney’s Office prior to joining the firm and is also a Notary Public for the State of North Carolina. Mrs. Clark graduated with an Associate Degree in Applied Science and Paralegal Technologies from Central Carolina Community College in 2011. During her time at Central Carolina Community College, she was a member of Phi Theta Kappa, was on the Dean’s List and received a Paralegal Writing scholarship.
